No atual contexto organizacional de globalização em que as organizaçÔes necessitam de inovação
e criatividade para se poderem manter e ser competitivas, o caminho que se afigura Ă© sem dĂșvida

com a motivação necessåria para acrescentar valor nas
organizaçÔes. As organizaçÔes tĂȘm na moldagem do trabalho uma forma de obterem os talentos
certos no lugar certo com os conhecimentos do negócio necessårios para a inovação, sem o custo

mpo e recursos financeiros que o recrutamento e integração acarretariam. A
moldagem do trabalho aparece como a forma mais rĂĄpida e eficaz de os trabalhadores colocarem
no trabalho as suas competĂȘncias, compromisso com a organização e sentido de contribuiçã

forma a acrescentarem valor nas organizaçÔes e a sentirem este facto como o caminho para a

In the current organizational context of globalization, in which organizations need innovation and creativity to be able to sustain themselves and be competitive, the way it is envisioned is, with no doubt, having the right talent at the right time, with t he key motivation to add value in organizations. By using Job Crafting, organizations can have the right talent in the right place and with the necessary business expertise for innovation, without the added cost of time and financial resources that recruit ment and integration would entail. The Job crafting seems the fastest and most effective way for employees to put their sills, their commitments towards the organization and their sense of contribution into their work, in order to add value to organization s and also to feel this is the path to happiness itself. The case study we present analyses the way employees from a Public Administration organization use their talents in Job Crafting in order to create impact on the organization, through a work of excel lence.
