| dc.description.abstract | Pretender analisar a legitimidade normativa-existencial do amplo sistema de Justiça Militar demanda, obrigatoriamente, perpassar o contexto histórico, ainda que de modo sucinto, em que surgiram as instituições militares, verificar seus particulares princípios, deveres e restrições de direitos, para, alcançando as novas formas de conflitos armados e o atual cenário de emprego das Forças Armadas em diferentes frentes visando à garantia da segurança humana e democrática, compreender o papel da jurisdição dos crimes militares e o movimento mundial de reforma da sua conformação e da legislação pertinente. | pt_PT |
