O presente relatório descreve as atividades de estágio desenvolvidas ao longo do presente ano curricular no Centro de Atividades Ocupacionais (CAO) da Fundação AFID Diferença. Ao longo de 8 meses a estagiária trabalhou com adultos com Dificuldades Intelectuais e Desenvolvimentais (DID), Perturbações do Espetro do Autismo (PEA) e Paralisia Cerebral (PC) em sessões de Atividade Física Adaptada (AFA), Natação Adaptada, Estimulação Multissensorial em Sala de Snoezelen e Psicomotricidade em sala. O relatório inicia-se com a apresentação da instituição, seguindo-se uma revisão da literatura onde são descritas as principais características da população apoiada, o que é a intervenção psicomotora e quais os contextos em que o psicomotricista intervém. A segunda parte do relatório dedica-se exclusivamente à descrição da intervenção desenvolvida pela estagiária, nomeadamente ao nível das etapas percorridas, os grupos apoiados e os contextos onde se desenvolveram as sessões. Ainda neste domínio é descrito o trabalho realizado com os dois estudos de caso que envolveu uma avaliação inicial, a elaboração de um plano de habilitação terapêutico, a intervenção psicomotora propriamente dita e a avaliação final. A conclusão envolve ainda uma reflexão acerca do trabalho desenvolvido com os estudos de caso e dos objetivos alcançados.
This report describes the internship activities developed during the current curricular year in the Center of Occupational Activities of Fundação AFID Diferença. During 8 months the trainee worked with adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorders and Cerebral Palsy in sessions of Adapted Physical Activity, Adapted Swimming, Multissensorial Stimulation in a Snoezelen Room and Psychomotor Therapy in room. This report begins with the presentation of the institution, followed by a literature review describing the main characteristics of the population supported,what is the psychomotor intervention and the contexts in which the psychomotor therapy occurred. The second part of the report is devoted exclusively to the description of the intervention carried out by the trainee, namely at the level of the stages covered, the groups supported and the contexts in which the sessions took place. Also in this domain is described the work done with the two case studies that involved an initial evaluation, the elaboration of a therapeutic habilitation plan, the psychomotor intervention and the final evaluation. At the end, a reflection is made on the work developed with the case studies and the objectives achieved.
