| dc.description.abstract | Este relatório de estágio tem como objetivo analisar o sistema de informação da Secretaria-Geral do Ministério das Finanças (SGMF), incluindo os processos de tratamento documental do património bibliográfico existente na Divisão de Arquivos e Biblioteca (DAB). O ponto de partida deste estudo foi o interesse em compreender como funciona o sistema de informação (SI) da SGMF. O SI na Ciência de Informação é um conceito operacional relevante para enquadrar as práticas e os processos de gestão bibliográfica e arquivística numa instituição, quer seja pública ou privada, particularmente o modo de adquirir, preservar, organizar, disseminar, recuperar e armazenar informação relevante para o funcionamento de uma instituição. Este trabalho assenta em quatro vertentes: revisão da literatura; metodologia; resultados, incluindo a caracterização da SGMF e do seu SI; e discussão dos resultados. A metodologia utilizada adota uma natureza exploratória e descritiva, e assenta numa investigação baseada na análise documental e na experiência oferecida pela oportunidade do estágio realizado na SGMF. Os resultados mostram que a DAB tem uma estrutura consolidada do ponto de vista organizacional e de gestão da informação, cumprindo as funções que lhe estão destinadas. Enquanto sistema de informação, a DAB concentra as principais tarefas gestionárias, articulando-se com outros sistemas presentes no supersistema SGMF. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this internship report is to analyze the information system of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Finance (SGMF), including the document processing processes of the bibliographic heritage held in the Archives and Library Division (DAB). The starting point for this study was the interest in understanding how the SGMF's information system (IS) works. The IS in Information Science is a relevant operational concept for framing the practices and processes of bibliographic and archival management in an institution, whether public or private, particularly the way of acquiring, preserving, organizing, disseminating, retrieving, and storing information relevant to the functioning of an institution. This work is based on four strands: literature review; methodology; results, including the characterization of the SGMF and its IS; and discussion of the results. The methodology used is exploratory and descriptive and is based on an investigation based on documentary analysis and the experience offered by the internship opportunity at the SGMF. The results show that the DAB has a consolidated structure from an organizational and information management point of view, fulfilling the functions assigned to it. As an information system, the DAB concentrates the main management tasks, liaising with other systems in the SGMF supersystem. | pt_PT |
