| dc.description.abstract | Este relatório visa a resumir toda a atividade desenvolvida pelo aluno enquanto treinador estagiário integrado numa equipa técnica de uma equipa em competição. As tarefas desenvolvidas foram no âmbito da observação e análise do jogo num clube de elite e numa primeira fase foi enquadrado o contexto e apresentada uma base teórica que sustenta as atividades desenvolvidas pelo aluno. Numa segunda fase, foi desenvolvido um estudo que visou caracterizar os golos marcados pela equipa sénior feminina do Sporting Clube de Portugal com o intuito de obter informações relevantes sobre as quais a equipa técnica poderia trabalhar com o objetivo de desenvolver o jogo da equipa e deste modo torná-la mais eficaz no momento da finalização. De seguida foi executado um evento de relação com a comunidade onde o objetivo seria relacionar as práticas desenvolvidas pelo aluno no dia-a-dia de estágio com a organização de um evento da mesma área. Foi então dinamizado um evento intitulado como “O Papel do Treinador Analista no Processo de Treino e de Jogo em Diferentes Contextos” com oradores experientes na área da observação e análise do jogo onde foram partilhadas experiências e colocadas algumas questões do interesse do público-alvo. Por último, foram feitas as conclusões e apreciações finais sobre o contexto de estágio e apresentadas as perspetivas futuras do aluno. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This report aims to summarize all the activities conducted by the student as a trainee analyst, integrated in a technical team of a football team in competition. The tasks conducted were in the scope of observation and game analysis in an elite team and thus, the first part of this report served to introduce the topic and give a theoretical basis that supports the activities performed by the student. In the second part, a study was conducted to describe the goals scored by the senior female team of Sporting Clube de Portugal with the intention to obtain relevant information that the technical team can work with, to further develop the team’s game and through that make it more efficient when it comes to scoring. Following this, an event related to the community was planned, where the purpose was to link the tasks undertaken by the student daily at the internship, with the organizing of an event in the same field. Thereafter the event was arranged and named “The Role of the Analyst in the Process of Coaching and Games in Different Contexts” with experienced speakers in the field of game observation and analysis in attendance. They got to share their experiences working in the field and the attendees had the opportunity to ask questions. Lastly, some conclusions were drawn, and final assessments were considered about the context of the internship, and prospects of the student were presented. | pt_PT |
