O tema escolhido para este trabalho final de mestrado relaciona a forma de como as práticas de employer branding (interno e externo) se interligam com a gestão do talento e contribuem para um melhor ambiente organizacional. O principal objetivo é entender de que forma se pode trabalhar melhor o employer branding para que exista uma maior facilidade na gestão do talento. Considerando que a essência das organizações são os seus colaboradores, denota-se que é crucial saber geri-los da forma mais eficaz e eficiente possível. Para que isso ocorra, será indispensável reformar e despertar os departamentos de gestão de recursos humanos para que recorram às melhores ferramentas e práticas de employer branding, ou seja, para que tornem a sua empresa uma melhor Marca Empregadora. O Employer Branding é a mistura de experiências humanas sentidas com cada organização. Cada empresa transverte contactos e perceções em relações. Não se trata só da mensagem que é vinculada pela marca, mas igualmente do que os colaboradores e potenciais colaboradores pensam e dizem sobre a empresa. De forma a evidenciar-se no mercado de trabalho, é relevante conseguir atrair os candidatos certos e preservar o engagement com os colaboradores atuais. Assim, através de pesquisas bibliográficas e com base em quatro entrevistas semiestruturadas o objetivo deste trabalho final de mestrado apresentado consiste em demonstrar a importância do employer branding na gestão do talento.
The theme chosen for this final master's dissertation relates how the employer branding practices (internal and external) interrelate with talent management and contribute to a better organizational environment. The main goal is to understand how employer branding can be better handled so that talent management is easier. Considering that the essence of organizations are their employees, it is crucial to know how to manage them in the most effective and efficient way possible. For this to happen, it will be essential to reform and awaken human resources management departments to make use of the best tools and practices of employer branding, that is, to make your company a better Employee Brand. Employer Branding is the blend of human experiences felt with each organization. Each company transcends contacts and perceptions in relationships. It is not just the message that is bound by the brand, but also what employees and potential employees think and say about the company. To be evident in the labour market, it is important to attract the right candidates and preserve engagement with current employees. Continue to be educated about what is important in selecting the company to work for and which key selection criteria is key to being number one in attractiveness. Thus, through bibliographical research and based on four semi-structured interviews, the objective of this final master's dissertation presented is to demonstrate the importance of employer branding in talent management.
