The interest of this research was to explore the theme of the work-family relationship, including the Work-Family Conflict (WFC) and Work-Family Enrichment (WFE), and also engagement and burnout, through the Job-Demands Resources model. Therefore, the data were collected through a questionnaire administered to a sample (N = 1885) of workers of different functions, of a portuguese bank. The results of this study suggest that the ETF is more related to engagement and positively than negatively with burnout, and the CTF is related positively and more significantly with exhaustion that negatively with engagement. The results obtained are discussed and limitations and possible future investigations are presented.
