Este relatório de projeto final de mestrado aborda a
arquitetura modular como forma de responder a um problema
social: os cidadãos sem abrigo na cidade de Lisboa.
Tendo como principal linha de consideração a cultura e os
costumes da sociedade, estuda-se a reinserção de uma
comunidade sem abrigo na sociedade a que outrora
pertencera não desprezando a vulnerabilidade destes Homens
que por questões que nos são alheias perderam o direito à
habitação.
Este relatório pretende abordar temas como: a importância
da habitação, percebendo os fatores que levam à perda da
mesma; a adaptação do Homem a um novo espaço de habitar,
demonstrando que o ser humano é de hábitos e que por isso
uma casa não convencional não perde o seu valor, uma vez
que compreende as noções básicas de conforto.
É importante frisar a dificuldade de adquirir alojamento na
capital portuguesa, pelos valores praticados na cidade que não
acompanham os valores do rendimento público, posto isto é
importante analisar as vivências e porque se desenvolvem os
bairros sociais, sendo tema uma vez que é um fator base da
ideia para deste novo espaço habitacional de caráter
temporário.
A ideia deste projeto tem como base a “tenda”, como
elemento que monto e desmonto consoante a necessidade,
que me alberga durante um espaço de tempo, que usa o
terreno sem o danificar, devolvendo-lhe a forma inicial quando
me vou embora, produzindo pequenos módulos de dormitórios,
agrupando-os numa estrutura habitacional com núcleos de apoio e atividades coletivizadas.
ABSTRACT: This master's project report addresses modular architecture as a way to respond to a social problem: homeless citizens in the city of Lisbon. Having as main consideration society’s culture and costumes, it is intended to create a reinsertion of a homeless community in the society once belonged, not disregarding the vulnerability of these men who for reasons that are foreign to us lost their housing rights. This report aims to address issues such as: the importance of housing, perceiving the factors that lead to its loss; man's adaptation to a new space to inhabit, demonstrating that the human being is made of habits and therefore a nonconventional house does not lose its value, since it understands the basic notions of comfort. It is important to highlight the difficulty of acquiring housing in the Portuguese capital, due to the values practiced in the city that do not follow the values of public income, since this is important to analyze the experiences and why the social neighbourhoods are developed, being a theme since it is a basic factor of the idea for this new housing space of temporary character. The idea of this project is based on the "tent", as an element that I mount and dismount as necessary, which shelters me for a period of time, uses the terrain without damaging it, returning it to its original shape when I leave, producing small dormitory modules, grouping them into a housing structure with support centers and collectivized activities.
