Explorando o papel crucial do gestor numa instituição escolar que adota uma abordagem
pedagógica inovadora, o presente relatório resulta de um estágio curricular de duração de
nove meses realizado no âmbito do Mestrado em Educação e Formação, com especialização
em Organização e Gestão da Educação e da Formação. Os principais objetivos incluem
caraterizar a organização e a abordagem pedagógica utilizada, analisar a cultura
organizacional e o trabalho da Coordenadora Pedagógica, e identificar os desafios presentes
neste contexto educativo, de forma a destacar os momentos de aprendizagem e as
competências adquiridas. Para atingir os objetivos definidos, foi adotada uma metodologia
que se guiou por uma abordagem naturalista, recorrendo-se a diferentes técnicas de recolha
de dados, como a pesquisa arquivística, a observação participante e a entrevista
semiestruturada. Foram realizadas diversas atividades no quadro do estágio, a saber, a
organização de materiais, a produção de recursos e a colaboração estreita com a equipa
multidisciplinar. Os resultados do estudo sobre a gestora evidenciam que esta desempenha
um papel central, destacando-se especialmente as suas competências interpessoais, de
liderança, resolução de problemas e de distribuição de tarefas e responsabilidades da
equipa.
Exploring the crucial role of the manager in a school institution that adopts an innovative pedagogical approach, this report is the result of a nine-month curricular internship carried out as part of the Master's program in Education and Training, with a specialization in Organization and Management of Education and Training. The main objectives include characterizing the organization and the pedagogical approach used, analyzing the organizational culture and the work of the Pedagogical Coordinator, and identifying the challenges in this educational context to highlight the learning experiences and skills acquired. To achieve these objectives, a methodology guided by a naturalistic approach was adopted, utilizing various data collection techniques such as archival research, participant observation, and semi-structured interviews. Several activities were carried out during the internship, including organizing materials, producing resources, and working closely with the multidisciplinary team. The study's findings on the manager underscore her central role, with particular emphasis on her interpersonal skills, leadership, problem-solving abilities, and the delegation of tasks and responsibilities within the team.
