O presente relatório revela a experiência de um estágio realizado no ATL de uma
escola situada em Alverca do Ribatejo. Mais concretamente, sobre o trabalho realizado
em três turmas do 1º ano, do 1º ciclo, e quatro turmas do pré-escolar. Deste relatório
constarão as atividades realizadas ao longo do estágio, assim como a experiência
conseguida durante esse percurso na área das expressões em contexto de ATL.
O projeto de estágio que idealizei realizar neste último ano de mestrado teve como
ponto de partida a utilização das atividades lúdicas como forma de aprendizagem. As
crianças aprendem enquanto praticam atividades lúdicas, nomeadamente, através da área
das expressões, no fazer para aprender. Por essa razão, foquei-me, particularmente, nas
atividades lúdicas, uma forma de aprendizagem não-formal. A revisão de literatura
realizada revela que o jogo é uma atividade necessária ao desenvolvimento das crianças
e que, quando estas jogam ou brincam é possível aprender e ensinar.
Optei por realizar atividades de expressão plástica e de execução e degustação de
receitas saudáveis para dois níveis de ensino; o pré-escolar, com idades compreendidas
entre os 3 e os 6 anos e o 1º ano do ensino básico, com idades entre os 6 e os 7 anos.
Com as atividades de expressão plástica pretendi trabalhar a motricidade fina, ou
seja, a destreza de movimentos precisos e a motricidade grossa, o controlo corporal,
fundamentais para a promoção da autonomia da criança. Parte das atividades que propus
focam o tema da alimentação. Para abordar este tema optei por realizar receitas saudáveis
privilegiando os intervalos de tempo entre as refeições principais. Segundo bibliografia
de apoio consultada, é importante apostar na aprendizagem de hábitos alimentares mais
saudáveis, que privilegiem vegetais, legumes e fruta, uma vez que a maior parte das
crianças até aos 7 anos, não tem uma alimentação equilibrada e não consome vegetais
frequentemente.
This internship report is focused on the experience gained during an internship carried out at the ATL of a school located in Alverca do Ribatejo. This report concerns the area of education and the main target audience are four classes of pre-school children and three 1st year classes of the 1st cycle. This report will contain the activities carried out during the internship, as well as the experience gained during this journey, since the theme of this work is the area of expressions in ATL context. The internship project that I idealized to carry out this last year of the Master’s degree concerns the fact that children learn while practicing recreational activities, namely, in the area of expressions or doing while learning. For this reason, I focused particularly on recreational activities, a form of non-formal learning. The literature review carried out reveals that the game is a necessary activity for children's development and that, it is possible to learn and teach when they are playing. I chose to carry out plastic expression activities and to teach how to cook tasty and healthy recipes for two levels of education; pre-school, aged between 3 and 6 years and the 1st year of basic education, aged between 6 and 7 years. With plastic expression activities I intended to work on fine motor skills, that is, the dexterity of precise movements and gross motor skills, the body control, fundamental for the promotion of the child's autonomy. Some of the activities focused on the theme of food. To address this topic I chose to make healthy recipes focusing on time intervals between main meals. According to the support literature consulted, it is important to invest in learning healthier eating habits, which favor vegetables and fruit, since many of the children under seven years do not have a balanced diet and do not consume vegetables frequently.
