O relatório aqui apresentado, cujo título é “O Papel do Gestor de Formação numa Pequena Empresa”, conclui o Ciclo de Estudos conducente ao Grau de Mestre em Educação e Formação, na área de especialização em Organização e Gestão da Educação e Formação.
Este estudo versa sobre o papel do gestor numa pequena empresa de formação e baseia-se no estágio curricular desenvolvido, de Outubro de 2017 a Junho de 2018, na AidLearn – Consultoria em Recursos Humanos, Lda., que remeteu para a identificação e compreensão do trabalho de uma das sócias, enquanto gestora.
O relatório apresenta todo o trabalho realizado e divide-se em três capítulos: CAPÍTULO I – APRESENTAÇÃO E ANÁLISE DA ORGANIZAÇÃO DE ESTÁGIO; CAPÍTULO II – APRESENTAÇÃO DA PEQUENA INVESTIGAÇÃO; CAPÍTULO III – ESTÁGIO CURRICULAR.
A investigação feita neste estudo, em termos metodológicos, é de caráter qualitativo e de natureza descritiva e naturalista e fez uso da entrevista, da observação participante e da pesquisa arquivista como técnicas de recolha de dados para identificar e analisar os papéis que a gestora assume e as tarefas que executa no seu quotidiano.
The report presented here, entitled "The Role of the Training Manager in a Small Company", concludes the Cycle of Studies leading to the Master's Degree in Education and Training, in the area of specialization in Organization and Management of Education and Training. This study deals with the role of the manager in a small training company and is based on the curricular internship developed, from October 2017 to June 2018, at AidLearn - Consultoria em Recursos Humanos, Lda., which referred to the identification and understanding of the work of one of the partners as a manager. The report presents all the work accomplished and is divided into three chapters: CHAPTER I - PRESENTATION AND ANALYSIS OF THE INTERNSHIP ORGANIZATION; CHAPTER II - PRESENTATION OF THE SMALL RESEARCH; CHAPTER III - CURRICULAR INTERNSHIP. The research carried out in this study, in methodological terms, is qualitative and of a descriptive and naturalistic nature and made use of interview, participant observation and archival research as data collection techniques to identify and analyze the roles that the manager assumes and the tasks that performs in her daily life.
