Abstract(s)
Este estudo pretende analisar as equipas de futebol do Club Sport Marítimo, Clube Desportivo Nacional e Clube de Futebol União, em termos de viabilidade da sua fusão no projeto “clube único”, a partir do tema significado da equipa na identificação com a equipa. Neste sentido, foram realizadas 12 entrevistas semiestruturadas a 6 dirigentes e a 6 adeptos, divididas pelos três clubes e fundamentadas num modelo de análise conceptual. O modelo referido apresenta três macro níveis, o lugar, o passado e o presente, que integram um conjunto de componentes importantes na ligação entre o adepto e o clube. Após a análise do
conteúdo das respostas, observamos concordância numa das componentes relacionadas com o macro nível lugar, sendo a Região Autónoma da Madeira eleita pelos entrevistados como representante dos três clubes. Contudo, o macro nível passado, relacionado com o sucesso histórico, os antigos jogadores/treinadores,
rivalidades e tradições familiares, evidencia um conjunto de elementos identificativos, com a sua própria simbologia, e caraterístico de cada um dos clubes.
E é nesta raiz histórica, cultural e identificativa própria que os entrevistados interpõem o “clube único”, acreditando, que este nunca deixará de ser uma distopia.
This study aims to analyze the football teams of Club Sport Marítimo, Clube Desportivo Nacional e Clube de Futebol União in terms of feasibility of their merger into the “one club” project, from the meaning of team in team identification. In this sense, 12 semi-structured interviews were conducted with 6 managers and 6 supporters, divided by the three clubs, based on a model of conceptual analysis. This model presents three constant macro levels, place, past and present, which integrate a set of important components in the connection between supporter and the team. After analysing the content of the responses, we noticed agreement on one of the components related to the macro level place, and the Autonomous Region of Madeira was elected as the representative of the three clubs. However, macro-level components of past, related to historical success, former players/coaches, rivalries and family traditions, highlights a set of identifying elements, with their own symbology and typical of each club. It’s because of history, culture and identity that the interviewees reject the "one club" and believe that it will never cease to be a dystopia.
