Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a situação Ă©tica das organizaçÔes em Portugal, procurando verificar a situação das grandes empresas do ponto de vista da estrutura interna e dos procedimentos, para garantir que as empresas sĂŁo e continuarĂŁo sendo Ă©ticas, dentro e fora destas. Procura-se, atravĂ©s de uma metodologia de anĂĄlise qualitativa, avaliar as empresas que tĂȘm negĂłcios em Portugal para comprovar quais delas tĂȘm procedimentos Ă©ticos devidamente estruturados e em que nĂveis de certificação Ă©tica estĂŁo.
Como principal resultado, pode-se afirmar que a maioria possui um nĂvel de maturidade Ă©tica emergente, com procedimentos bem estruturados, e com gestores envolvidos no planeamento e execução de diretrizes Ă©ticas corporativas. Os resultados foram obtidos de acordo com Reidenbach & Robin (1991), atravĂ©s do qual Ă© possĂvel avaliar o nĂvel de maturidade das empresas com uma escala de cinco nĂveis.
This paper aims to analyze the ethical situation at organizations in Portugal, looking to verify the situation of large companies from the point of view of internal structure and procedures, to ensure that businesses are and will continue to be ethical, inside and outside of these. It is sought, through a qualitative analysis methodology, to evaluate the companies that have business in Portugal in order to prove which of the companies have properly structured ethical procedures and in which levels of ethical certification these are. As the main result it can be stated that most of them have an emerging ethical maturity level, with well-structured procedures and with managers involved in the planning and execution of corporate ethics guidelines. The results were obtained according to Reidenbach & Robin (1991), through which it is possible to evaluate the level of maturity of the companies with a five-level scale.
