No âmbito da realização do trabalho final de mestrado surge o presente trabalho
de projeto. Este trabalho de projeto consiste na elaboração de um plano de negócio para
uma oficina de veículos pesados, especificamente para reboques e semirreboques,
terminando com uma análise de viabilidade económico-financeira. A empresa promotora
é uma empresa do tipo familiar existente no mercado há cerca de 20 anos.
Com base na análise efetuada dos modelos de avaliação, obteve-se um Valor Atual
Líquido (Net Present Value) positivo par todas as perspetivas analisadas, concluindo-se
que o projeto tem viabilidade económico-financeira, devendo a equipa de gestão decidir
aceitar e colocá-lo em prática.
Através da simulação de Monte Carlo, obteve-se um Valor Atual Líquido médio
que quando considerado o desvio padrão obtido supera o Valor Atual Líquido obtido na
perspetiva do Pós-financiamento, concluindo-se que o projeto é viável.

This project work consists of drawing up a business plan for a heavy vehicle workshop, specifically for trailers and semi-trailers, ending with an economic and financial viability analysis. The promoter company is a family business that has been on the market for around 20 years.
