Since the departure of the Portuguese Royal Family to Brazil, in 1807, Queluz Woods have lost, progressively, importance and connection with the Palace to which it belonged. The concession of its administration to Parques de Sintra- Monte da Lua, in 2018, represents a possible point of inflexion. Concepts such as Cultural Landscapes were created to comprehend and develop the environments by providing theoretical basis for interventions. This document aimed to understand how it is possible to value, through a profitable and integrated tourism visiting plan, a sensitive, fractured green urban area with several building restrictions. Based on research of documents, projects and the close contact with Parques de Sintra employees, content was collected regarding green areas of the kind, its conditionings and its historical background. Also added to the analysis was the complete set of parallel initiatives taking place in that space in order to constitute the results and their respective economic feasibility. The understanding of context, limitations and potentialities beaconed the proposal towards a technological, resource sharing and integrated management approach. As a result, six tourist itinerary proposals were developed making use of Palace’s resources and integrating technology to the woods’ daily dynamics with small physical impact. Infrastructural works are required and are already contemplated in this document’s theoretical review and proposal. The plan’s feasibility relies upon service charges and, in defined terms, aims to reintegrate, profitably, the Woods into Queluz’s reality.
