O projecto final de mestrado apresentado propõe a renovação das
instalações da Sociedade Hípica Portuguesa, no Campo Grande, Lisboa,
redesenhando e potenciando o seu espaço. Neste trabalho pretende-se realizar
uma análise crítica às instalações procurando posteriormente propor uma
intervenção qualificada de melhoramento. A solução proposta surge como
consequência do estudo aprofundado do panorama actual, bem como do
estudo de casos semelhantes e que servem de referência.
Para melhor expor a questão das instalações equestres, o documento
segue a ordem de pensamento: 1º “Como é”, onde é feita a análise ao espaço
onde se insere a proposta; 2º “Como deve ser”, onde é exposto o estudo teórico
sobre a matéria; e por último, “Como é proposto que seja”, explorando a
proposta de renovação das instalações.
Através dos diversos estudos e análises torna-se imperativo renovar as
instalações como intuito de tornar a Sociedade Hípica Portuguesa num clube
de referência, com as condições necessárias para a prática desportiva, desde o
nível inicial ao profissional.
ABSTRACT: The final master project presented proposes the renovation of the facilities of Sociedade Hípica Portuguesa, in Campo Grande, Lisbon, redesigning and enhancing its space. In this work we intend to carry out a critical analysis of the facilities and subsequently propose a qualified improvement intervention. The proposed solution arises as a consequence of the in-depth study of the current panorama, as well as the study of similar cases. To better expose the question of equestrian installations, the document follows the order of thought: 1º “As it is”, where is made the analysis of the space where the proposal is inserted; 2º “How it should be”, where the theoretical study on the theme is exposed; and lastly, “How it is proposed to be”, exploring the proposed renovation of the facilities. Through the various studies and analyzes it is imperative to renew the facilities in order to make Sociedade Hípica Portuguesa a reference club, with the necessary conditions for the practice of sports, from the initial level to the professional level.
