O presente relatório é o resultado do estágio curricular realizado na Plataforma Portuguesa para os Direitos das Mulheres (PpDM), no âmbito do 2º Ciclo de estudos conducente ao grau de Mestre em Educação e Formação, na área de especialização de Organização e Gestão da Educação e Formação.
Através de uma metodologia inspirada no network ethnography, este trabalho teve como objetivo compreender os processos de construção e mobilização do conhecimento dentro de uma Network e de que forma, estes, possibilitam a emergência de novos modelos de governança. Como resultado desta investigação, compreendeu-se que a PpDM, ao construir e mobilizar conhecimento dentro da sua Network, surge como uma nova voz nas conversas políticas o que, por sua vez, tem vindo a contribuir para a emergência de uma nova forma de governança nomeada de Heterarchy.
Ao longo dos oito meses de estágio, houve a possibilidade de desenvolver funções de técnica superior de Educação e Formação, nomeadamente através da elaboração do processo de candidatura a certificação como entidade formadora, da construção do Manual de Formação da PpDM e da gestão do conhecimento da organização.
This report is the result of the academic internship held in the Portuguese Platform for Women's Rights (PpDM), within the 2nd cycle of studies leading to the master’s degree in Education and Training, in the area of specialization of Organization and Management of Education and Training. Through a methodology inspired by the network ethnography, this study aimed to understand how the processes of building and mobilizing knowledge within a Network works and how these processes make possible the emergence of new governance models. As a result of this research, it was understood that the PpDM, by building and mobilizing knowledge within its Network, emerges as a new voice in political conversations which, in its turn, has contributed to the emergence of a new form of governance named Heterarchy. During the eight-month internship, it was possible to develop functions of an education and training technician, namely through the preparation of the application process for certification as a training entity, the construction of the PpDM’s Training Manual and knowledge management in the organization.
