Resumo(s)
O presente trabalho trata sobre a temática da educação e formação de adultos,
as perspectivas internacionais que surgiram nesta área, assim como as
práticas existentes em Portugal.
A tese propõe o uso de um plano de trabalho, orientado pelos formadores, que
permite aos adultos trabalharem de uma forma autónoma e no final terem um
trabalho coerente, organizado e de qualidade.
Os resultados desta metodologia são eficazes e esta permite que todos os
adultos inseridos no processo RVCC Secundário, alcancem os seus objectivos,
mesmo aqueles que têm uma maior distância com a escrita.
This study addresses the issue of education and vocational adult training, the international approaches and the reality in Portugal are analyzed. The thesis proposes the use of a working plan with the supervision of the teachers, which allows the adults to work in an autonomic way and at the end they can have a coherent, organized and a quality work. The results of this method are effective and allow that all the adults in the RVCC process reach their goals, even those that have difficulties with writing.
