The contrast of the paper’s whiteness and the overlaps of shadow zones brings a sense of tactility to drawing, here compared with the tension between the presence (of drawing) and absence (of the reference, the photo). The goal is to think about a possible philosophy of absence and the desire of transformation from artist’s documents in drawings, with dialectical methodology to think about the time of waiting and latency of photography and drawing
