Mobbing at work is defined as a set of hostile behaviours systematically directed against one or more individuals causing a humiliation, intimidation or anguish effect. The victims have difficulty to defend themselves, their professional performance decreases and their job is put in cause. This study aims to identify the coping strategies used by the mobbing victims, either in the period they are being subjected to aggressions or after leaving the organisation. A qualitative exploratory study has been made with resource to the methodology of narrative interviews. Four individuals were interviewed. From these four, three had left the organisation where they were victims. The gotten results show that the individuals use, as a combined form, the confrontation and breaking strategies, followed by the search of social support. These results seam to describe much differentiated individuals reactions who have not accepted to be subjected to a long mobbing period or to involve themselves in interpersonal conflicts at work in reply to the aggressions that had been directed to them.
