O autor proferiu uma conferência na Casa das Histórias Paula Rego, em
Cascais, no âmbito do CNP 5, onde apresentou 56 placas de xisto gravadas inéditas ou pouco conhecidas. Seria inviável publicar aqui a totalidade de essa apresentação, que, consideravelmente ampliada para 200 placas, será proximamente divulgada em livro. Escolheram-se assim quatro placas, duas da categoria E (excepcionais). As outras duas, com detalhes raros, ilustram também o mecanismo de difusão das placas e os contactos entre o Alentejo médio e a Península de Lisboa, neste caso Alapraia, em Cascais.
During CNP 5, the author gave a lecture in the House of Stories of Paula Rego, in Cascais, where he presented 56 engraved schist plaques, unpublished or very little known. It would be impractical to publish here the totality of these presentation, which will be revised and published in book form, then with 200 plaques. Thus chosen four plaques, two of the E (for exceptional) category. The other two also illustrate the mechanism of diffusion of the engraved schist plaques and the contacts between Middle Alentejo and the Lisbon Peninsula, Cascais in this case, one from the passage grave Anta do Zambujo (Arraiolos), the other from Alapraia 2 (Cascais), an rock-cut tomb.
