This work intends to analyze how sport, in this case tennis, can help to energize and develop a community, proposing the creation of sports equipment to create a connection between them. At the same time, this project is an appeal to all those who have an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit to take advantage of the enormous potential that Portugal has for the practice of sport due to the exceptional natural conditions, for the creation of centers of excellence that attract talent to our country and to give the new generations references with which they can guide themselves in their personal and professional life paths, whether or not they are connected to tennis. In this way, it is proposed to build a High Performance Tennis Center in Óbidos, responding to the lack of equipment of this level dedicated only to tennis in Portugal. The practice of sports in this village is quite present, but such equipment results in a greater stimulus created among the population for the practice of sport and seeks well-being and fostering socialization among all users. Consisting of six buildings, this center aims to promote sports, but fundamentally the development of top-level athletes so that they achieve the best possible results, at the level of the best high-performance centers that currently form and manage talent globally. The growth of high-performance sport requires adapting to the conditions necessary for athletes to maximize their performance, for which it is essential to invest in the creation of equipment sized for such requirements. It was decided to create a place where athletes can live, study and train, thus making the most of their time. Taking as a reference some of the infrastructure associated with the most evolved tennis academies today, such as Rafael Nadal Academy, Mouratouglou Academy, Juan Carlos Ferrero Academy, we sought to bring innovation, sustainability and dream of the future of the sport so that they represent added value for athletes and for the community in which it operates and for the sport we love.
