O estágio pedagógico em educação física representa o culminar de uma formação que habilita profissionalmente para o exercício das atividades inerentes à função profissional de um professor de educação física do ensino básico e secundário. Ao proporcionar a experiência prática em contexto, o período de estágio assume-se como determinante para o desenvolvimento das competências dos futuros professores (Martins et al., 2014). O presente relatório pretende descrever e analisar de forma reflexiva e integrada a experiência de estágio pedagógico vivida no presente ano letivo. No decorrer do estágio pedagógico adquiri, desenvolvi e consolidei competências relacionadas com a organização e gestão do ensino aprendizagem, fundamentais para iniciar a carreira docente com maior competência e confiança. As necessidades de formação identificadas foram organizadas por nível de prioridade de forma a serem gradualmente melhoradas e/ ou superadas. Não obstante as competências desenvolvidas durante o estágio pedagógico, outras ficaram por desenvolver ou aperfeiçoar, devendo continuar a ser alvo de trabalho. Destas destacam-se aquelas que se relacionam com a criação de estratégias que possibilitem aumentar o tempo potencial de aprendizagem dos alunos; assegurar a diferenciação de ensino; melhorar a qualidade do feedback; assegurar a adequação das tarefas de aprendizagem e promover a autonomia dos alunos.
The pedagogical internship in physical education represents the culmination of a training program that professionally qualifies individuals for the exercise of activities inherent to the professional role of a physical education teacher in primary and secondary education. By providing practical experience in context, the internship period is deemed crucial for the development of future teachers' competencies (Martins et al., 2014). This report aims to describe and analyze in a reflective and integrated manner the pedagogical internship experience undertaken during the current academic year. Throughout the pedagogical internship, I acquired, developed, and consolidated skills related to the organization and management of teaching and learning, fundamental for initiating a teaching career with greater competence and confidence. The identified training needs were organized by priority level to be gradually improved and/ or overcome. Despite the competencies developed during the pedagogical internship, others remain to be developed or perfected and should continue to be a focus of work. Of these stand out the creation of strategies to increase students' potential learning time; ensuring differentiated instruction; improving the quality of feedback; ensuring the adequacy of learning tasks and promoting students' autonomy.
