O presente relatório de estágio pedagógico é referente ao 2.º ano do Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, da Faculdade de Motricidade Humana - Universidade de Lisboa. Este documento tem como objetivo realizar uma descrição e reflexão crítica de todo o processo de estágio pedagógico, realizado durante o ano letivo de 2022/2023, na Escola Básica e Secundária Amélia Rey Colaço. O estágio pedagógico decorreu no seio de um Núcleo de Estágio constituído por três colegas estagiários, uma professora orientadora dos quadros da escola e uma professora orientadora designada pela Faculdade de Motricidade Humana. Ao longo deste período, foram sendo propostas um conjunto de tarefas, descritas neste documento, que me permitiram o desenvolver diversas competências e iniciar a construção da minha identidade profissional. Toda a análise documental realizada teve em consideração as competências definidas no Guia de Estágio Pedagógico, a desenvolver nas quatro áreas de intervenção do presente processo formativo: Organização e Gestão do Ensino e da Aprendizagem (Área 1), Investigação e Inovação Pedagógica (Área 2), Participação na Escola (Área 3) e Relação com a Comunidade (Área 4). Para cada área foi elaborada uma descrição, análise, reflexão e projeção acerca de todo o trabalho inerente e foram, também, apresentadas as dificuldades encontradas e as estratégias desenvolvidas para as superar. No final do documento é efetuado um balanço geral sobre a contribuição que todo este processo teve na minha formação enquanto futuro docente da disciplina de Educação Física, destacando ainda o estágio pedagógico como um processo interligado. Durante este ano, no qual experienciei a vida diária de um professor - um agente ativo que não se limita à sala de aula, nem apenas ao trabalho direto com os seus alunos - percebi que as suas funções não se resumem à aplicação mecânica de estratégias de organização e gestão do ensino. Ser professor é muito mais do que ser responsável pelo processo de ensino-aprendizagem, pois a sua atuação envolve um alargado espetro de situações, dentro de um ambiente dinâmico e complexo.
This pedagogical internship report refers to the 2nd year of the Master's Degree in Teaching Physical Education in Basic and Secondary Education, at the Faculty of Human Motricity - University of Lisbon. This document aims to provide a description and critical reflection of the entire pedagogical internship process, carried out during the 2022/2023 academic year, at Escola Básica e Secundária Amélia Rey Colaço. The pedagogical internship took place within an Internship Team made up of three fellow interns, a supervising teacher from the school staff and a supervising teacher appointed by the Faculty of Human Motricity. Throughout this period, a set of tasks were proposed, described in this document, which allowed me to develop various skills and begin the construction of my professional identity. All document analysis carried out took into account the skills defined in the Pedagogical Internship Guide, to be developed in the four areas of intervention of this training process: Organization and Management of Teaching and Learning (Area 1), Research and Pedagogical Innovation (Area 2) , Participation in School (Area 3) and Community Relations (Area 4). For each area, a description, analysis, reflection and projection was prepared regarding all the inherent work and the difficulties encountered and the strategies developed to overcome them were also presented. At the end of the document, a general assessment is made regarding the contribution that this entire process had in my training as a future teacher of Physical Education, also highlighting the pedagogical internship as an interconnected process. During this year, in which I experienced the daily life of a teacher - an active agent who is not limited to the classroom, nor just working directly with his students - I realized that his functions are not limited to the mechanical application of teaching strategies. Organization and management of teaching. Being a teacher is so much more than being responsible for the teaching-learning process, as your work involves a wide spectrum of situations, within a dynamic and complex environment.
