Este relatório versa a época desportiva 2022/2023 no escalão de seniores do Mortágua Futebol Clube e é o reflexo de uma incessante curiosidade acerca do fenómeno do futebol sob o prisma de uma visão holística. Inicialmente foi realizada uma contextualização do contexto de estágio, os objetivos inerentes e as estratégias para o alcance dos mesmos. Na revisão de literatura, procurou-se explorar a essência do jogo de futebol no domínio estratégico-tático, da sua estrutura e modelação. As tendências evolutivas do jogo, o enquadramento do analista na equipa técnica, a observação e análise de jogo, como área central neste contexto de estágio, foram também alvo de aprofundamento, de forma a garantir uma prática sustentada em evidência atualizada. Relativamente à organização e gestão do processo de treino e competição (área 1), apresentou-se o plantel de seniores do Mortágua Futebol Clube, os seus objetivos, modelo de jogo e o planeamento do processo de treino. Acresce ainda o controlo da competição, onde são analisados os resultados da época e é exposto um exemplo prático da observação e análise de um adversário, assim como a planificação estratégica e a forma como esta foi trabalhada em treino para ser colocada em prática no contexto de jogo. Na área de investigação e inovação pedagógica (área 2), analisou-se a carga externa de jogos do Campeonato Nacional de Futebol de Praia com recurso ao sistema de GPS, detalhando-se as diferenças da carga externa a que os atletas estão sujeitos em função da sua posição. Relativamente à área de relação com a comunidade (área 3), foi dinamizado o evento “Festa do Futebol” com o intuito de recriar o futebol de rua. Pretendeu-se explorar os benefícios que o mesmo tem ao nível da criatividade e liberdade para os jogadores, aumentando assim as suas possibilidades de ação e potenciando ações técnico-táticas individuais que poderão estar a tornar-se cada vez menos frequentes no futebol.
This report focuses on the 2022/2023 sports season in the senior division of Mortágua Football Club and reflects an incessant curiosity about the phenomenon of football from a holistic perspective. Initially, the internship context was detailed, including the inherent objectives and the strategies for achieving them. In the literature review, we seek to explore the essence of the game of football in the strategic-tactical domain, its structure, and modeling. The evolutionary trends of the game, the analyst's role in the coaching staff, the observation and analysis of the game as a central area in this internship context, were also thoroughly examined to ensure that all practices were supported by updated evidence. Regarding the organization and management of the training and competition process (Area 1), the senior squad of Mortágua Football Club is presented, along with their objectives, playing style, and training process planning. Additionally, the competition control is addressed, analyzing the season's results, providing a practical example of opponent observation and analysis, as well as strategic planning and how it was implemented in training to be applied in a game context. In the field of pedagogical research and innovation (Area 2), external load was examined in the “Campeonato Nacional de Futebol de Praia” matches, using the GPS system, aiming to analyze the possible variations in external load, for athletes playing in different positions. Regarding the community relationship area (Area 3), the "Festa do Futebol" event was organized, aiming to recreate a street football environment. The purpose of this event was to explore the benefits that street football brings in terms of creativity and freedom for the players, thereby increasing their possibilities of action and enhancing individual technicaltactical actions that may be becoming less frequent in football.
