O planeamento de uma época desportiva, exige que treinador e equipa técnica definam detalhadamente todos os pormenores inerentes à mesma, a fim de se atingirem os objetivos a que se propuseram.
O presente relatório de estágio é constituído pela revisão da literatura, que aborda todas as temáticas referentes às 3 áreas de estudo, que dão corpo ao presente trabalho, as quais passo a enumerar.
A área 1, organização e gestão do processo de treino e competição, onde será explanado o planeamento, condução e avaliação da época desportiva.
A área 2, inovação e investigação, foram analisados 8 jogos da equipa, com recurso à análise de vídeo e ao software Longomatch, a fim de se identificar padrões do modelo de jogo instituído na equipa.
A área 3, relação com a comunidade, foi realizado um torneio para os pais dos atletas do clube com a finalidade de através do convívio entre os mesmos, sensibilizar e promover a prática de boas condutas desportivas, enquanto agentes de ensino dos jovens atletas.
O presente estudo veio reforçar a importância de um planeamento detalhadamente estruturado, de objetivos bem definidos e de uma liderança forte, como matrizes fundamentais para o crescimento individual e coletivo de uma equipa de futebol juvenil.
The planning of a season demands that the coach and technical team define every single detail related to the season, in order to accomplish the objectives they have committed to. This final paper is composed by the bibliographic review, which addresses all the topics related to 3 fields of study, which we will enumerate. On field of study no. 1, organization and management of the training process and competition, where we will explain the season planning, conduction and review. On field of study no. 2, innovation and investigation, where we elaborate on 8 games that we've analyzed, through Longomatch's video review, in order to identify patterns in the game model, established by the team. On field of study no. 3, relationship with the community, we'll talk about a tournament that was staged with the team's athlete's parents in order to, through the interaction with them, bring awareness and promote the practice of sportsmanship, as the athlete's education providers that they are. This paper aims at emphasizing the importance of a detailed and structured plan, of well established objectives e strong leadership, as fundamental pillars of the growth of the young players, individually and as a team.
