Resumo(s)
Tem-se como principal objetivo da presente proposta o desenvolvimento de um centro de apoio à pessoa em situação de sem-abrigo, na vontade de ajudar a (re)construir uma nova perspetiva, através da ação integrada de prevenção, reabilitação e reinserção destas pessoas.
Neste sentido, propõe-se tanto uma intervenção ao nível social como arquitetónico. Centrando-se assim numa projeção de uma arquitetura efémera, de elementos pré-fabricados e de fácil transporte, projetada de forma modelar permitindo adaptar-se a diferentes terrenos da malhar urbana lisboeta e diferentes cenários.
Este projeto assenta nas premissas do Plano Municipal para pessoas em situação de sem abrigo de Lisboa e de todos os elementos que compõe este plano, sendo mais um elo na ajuda às 4 409 pessoas, que atualmente, se encontram em situação de sem-abrigo na cidade de Lisboa.
The main purpose of this project is to develop a support center for homeless people, in order to help to (re)build a new perspective, through the integrated action of prevention, rehabilitation and reinsertion of these people. In this sense, it proposes both a social and architectural intervention. Focusing on a projection of an ephemeral architecture, of prefabricated elements and easy to transport, designed in a model form allowing it to adapt to different terrains of Lisbon's urban sprawl and different scenarios. This project is based on the premises of the Lisbon Municipal Plan for homeless people and all the elements that make up this plan, being another link in helping the 4,409 people who are currently homeless in the city of Lisbon.
