Resumo(s)
O presente Projeto Final de Mestrado (PFM), aborda o tema da habitação através de um olhar ecológico, incorporando-o na Serra Algarvia, recorrendo a conceitos, como o de eco aldeia, modernizando, mas sem romper, com ideias regionais tradicionais.
Através de investigações sobre o local de intervenção, procuraram-se as melhores opções de materiais promovendo a sustentabilidade simultaneamente com a tradição e economia local. O foco assentou no uso da madeira como elemento estrutural.
A proposta tem como intenção criar um espaço em sintonia com o meio envolvente, de forma a criar habitação fora dos grandes centros que seja local de permanência e não apenas de fuga ao dia-a-dia. Tendo em conta as atuais alterações sociais, busca-se a criação de um conforto habitacional que, além do mais, responda às necessidades de quem precise de funcionar em teletrabalho.
This Final Project of Master (PFM), approaches the theme of housing through an ecological look, incorporating it in the Algarve Sierra, using concepts such as the eco-village, modernizing, but without breaking, with traditional regional ideas. Through investigations on the place of intervention, looking for the best material options promoting sustainability simultaneously with local tradition and economy. Focusing on the use of wood as a structural element. The purpose of the proposal is to create a space in harmony with the environment, in order to create housing outside the big centers, a place of permanence and not just escapes from day to day. Taking into account the current social changes, creating a housing comfort, responding according to those who need to work from home.
