Abstract(s)
A problemática da formação profissional alternada dos jovens constitui, hoje, um
campo privilegiado de estudo. Embora não constituindo uma ideia nova, o certo é que
a formação em alternância tem vindo nos últimos anos a ganhar acrescida
importância.
Este novo direccionar de esforços concertados não é alheio ao facto de actualmente
vivermos uma situação algo complicada em termos de Educação e Emprego, pois não
podemos escamotear factos como o aumento do número dos jovens que abandonam,
anualmente, o sistema de ensino sem terem cumprido a escolaridade obrigatória e o
aumento do desemprego. Perante este problema lançou-se sobre nós uma questão:
Qual o papel do Sistema de Aprendizagem, como se efectua o envolvimento dos
diferentes actores e como estes intervenientes o vêem.
The problem of the youth professional training presents itself as a privileged field of investigation. Although it does not constitue a new idea, the dual system has been gaining importance in recent years. The recent efforts are not apart from the problems experienced by the education and employment, namely the raising in numbers of you ng students who give up school without finishing their courses and the unemployment. On the base of this problem, this paper raises the question: what is the roll of the trainig system and how it envolves different actors and, finally, how they see the system which they are part of.
