O presente documento tem como objetivo analisar de forma pormenorizada e reflexiva o processo de estágio pedagógico referente ao Mestrado de Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, realizado na Escola Secundária Fernando Namora (ESFN), no ano letivo 2017/2018. Nesta análise estão contidas as experiências vivenciadas, os conhecimentos e aprendizagens adquiridas que contribuíram de forma significativa para a minha formação pessoal enquanto futuro professor de Educação física, representando o culminar de uma formação académica de cinco anos.
De forma a repercutir este processo com clareza, é realizada uma contextualização de todo o envolvimento presente neste ano letivo, no sentido de compreender como decorreram as atividades inerentes ao estágio pedagógico. Esta compreensão é essencial para introduzir as várias áreas que fazem parte do guia de estágio e que se encontram espelhadas no processo de estágio. Assim, serão analisadas crítica e detalhadamente as quatros áreas que compõem o estágio pedagógico: área 1 – organização e gestão do ensino e aprendizagem; área 2 – inovação e investigação pedagógica; área 3 – participação na escola; área 4 – relação com a comunidade.
No final do documento é realizado um balanço de todo o processo de estágio, juntamente com as várias dificuldades sentidas e a forma como estas contribuíram para a minha formação pessoal. Serão igualmente apresentadas soluções que possam ser postas em prática em situações futuras e realçadas as experiências consideradas mais proveitosas na minha atividade docente.
The purpose of this document is to analyze in a detailed and reflexive manner the whole process of pedagogical training related to the Masters of Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education, held at the Fernando Namora Secondary School (ESFN), in the 2017/2018 school year. In this analysis are contained the lived experiences, knowledge and acquired learning that contributed significantly to my personal training as a future Physical Education teacher, representing the culmination of a five year academic training. In order to reflect this process with clarity, a contextualization of all the involvement present in this school year is carried out, in the sense of understanding how all the activities inherent to the pedagogic stage took place. This understanding is essential to introduce the various areas that are part of the internship guide and which are mirrored in the internship process. Thus, the four areas that make up the pedagogical stage will be analyzed critically and in detail: area 1 - organization and management of teaching and learning; area 2 - innovation and pedagogical research; area 3 - participation in school; area 4 - relationship with the community. At the end of the document a balance is taken of the entire internship process, along with the various difficulties experienced and the way in which they have contributed to my personal formation. It will also present solutions that can be put into practice in future situations and highlighted the experiences considered most useful in my teaching activity.
