No âmbito do mestrado em Gestão de Desporto pela Faculdade de Motricidade Humana, foi-me solicitado que realizasse um relatório de estágio para a obtenção do grau de mestre em Gestão de Desporto. De modo a conseguir apresentar melhor o trabalho realizado no decurso do estágio dividi o presente relatório em quatro partes, posteriores à introdução: caracterização do local de estágio, enquadramento teórico, enquadramento da prática profissional e reflexão final. O estágio foi realizado no departamento de modalidades de surf do Sporting Clube de Portugal. As instalações localizam-se dentro do Estádio José Alvalade, local este onde procurei evoluir e melhorar o meu conhecimento sobre toda a modalidade bem como a sua introdução num clube de futebol. O presente relatório tem como principais objetivos apresentar a instituição em que foi realizado o estágio, um breve resumo das funções desempenhadas ao longo dos meses e, ainda, a definição dos objetivos gerais e específicos. A realização deste estágio tal como do relatório permitiu expor todas as atividades desenvolvidas em parceria com a instituição.
As part of my master's degree in Sports Management at the Faculty of Human Motricity, I was asked to conduct an internship report to conclude a master's degree in Sports Management. To present the work carried out during the internship, I separated this report into four parts, following the introduction: characterization of the internship location, theoretical framework, framework of professional practice and final reflection. The internship was executed in the surfing department of Sporting Clube de Portugal. The facilities are located inside the José Alvalade Stadium, a place where I evolved and improved my knowledge of the entire sport as well as its introduction into the football team. The main objectives of this report are to present the institution where the internship was carried out, a summary of the functions performed over the months, and to define the general and specific objectives. The completion of this internship, as well as the writing of the report, has enabled the exposition of all activities carried out in collaboration with the institution.
