O presente Projeto Final de Mestrado pretende mostrar a importância do habitar e da habitação flexível e adaptável perante a multiplicidade e diversidade de habitantes e de modos de vida. Tendo como referencial de intervenção o Convento de Nossa Senhora da Boa-Hora na freguesia da Ajuda, na cidade de Lisboa propõe-se a sua reabilitação tendo por base um programa de Coliving. A proposta de intervenção assenta em termos concetuais na pesquisa em torno dos modos de habitar e da habitação flexível e adaptável. Analisa-se, ainda, os conceitos de micro habitação e de Coliving, apresentando-se alguns exemplos e casos de referência. Relativamente à intervenção de reabilitação, esta teve por base várias análises ao edificado, desde a teoria de valor à matriz do mesmo, bem como os conceitos já referenciados. A micro habitação, implementada nas celas conventuais existentes, possibilita uma diversidade de modos de habitar, como por exemplo, o Coliving atendendo à flexibilidade e adaptabilidade proporcionadas. Este projeto tem como objetivo promover um novo sentido de comunidade numa sociedade marcada pelo isolamento e pelo individualismo e um habitar capaz de acomodar uma multiplicidade e diversidade de pessoas, necessidades e de formas de habitar.
This Master's Final Project aims to show the importance of housing and flexible and adaptable housing in view of the multiplicity and diversity of inhabitants and ways of life. Taking the Convent of Nossa Senhora da Boa-Hora in the parish of Ajuda, in the city of Lisbon, as a reference point of intervention, it is proposed its rehabilitation based on a Coliving program. The intervention proposal is based in conceptual terms on research on ways of living and flexible and adaptable housing. It also analyzes the concepts of micro-housing and Coliving, presenting some examples and reference cases. Regarding the rehabilitation intervention, this was based on several analyzes of the building, from the theory of value to its matrix, as well as the concepts already mentioned. The micro-housing, implemented in the existing convent cells, allows for a variety of ways of living, such as Coliving, given the flexibility and adaptability provided. This project aims to promote a new sense of community in a society marked by isolation and individualism and a dwelling capable of accommodating a multiplicity and diversity of people, needs and ways of living.
