dc.description.abstractPretendemos neste singelo contributo evidenciar, embora de forma não exaustiva, a pertinência da regulamentação do contrato de serviço doméstico no novel código do trabalho que contempla, pela primeira vez, depois de 50 anos da independência do país esta modalidade especial de contrato, apesar da sua permanente presença na arena laboral. Evidenciar-se-á as especificidades da formação, desenvolvimento e extinção do trabalho doméstico com acento tónico na fidúcia que a caracteriza pela inserção do trabalhador na intimidade do lar familiar – local de cumprimento - e as dificuldades da existência de um verdadeiro direito colectivo de trabalho.pt_PT
dc.description.abstractIn this simple contribution, we intend to highlight, although not exhaustively, the relevance of regulating the domestic service contract in the new labor code that contemplates, for the first time, after 50 years of the country's independence, this special type of contract, despite its permanent presence in the labor arena. The specificities of the formation, development and extinction of domestic work will be highlighted, with an emphasis on trust, which is characterized by the inclusion of the worker in the intimacy of the family home – place of fulfillment – and the difficulties of the existence of a true collective right and work.pt_PT
