| dc.description.abstract | Luanda tem cerca de 7 milhões de habitantes, dos quais mais de metade vive em assentamentos informais,que representam segregação racial, social e económica. Estas áreas informais carecem de várias infra-estruturas e, acima de tudo, de condições de habitabilidade Pretende-se renovar o musseque limítrofe ao Aeroporto e transformá-lo numa área urbana formal criando assim um bairro/cidade que cumpra com as características do habitar luandense, proporcionando condições de habitabilidade e oferecendo áreas de lazer, equipamentos, serviços e comércio, servido por uma linha ferroviária, e respectiva estação, bem como a criação de uma Avenida que liga ao resto da cidade. É criada uma malha a partir do zero que se relaciona com a envolvente; uma avenida com caminho de ferro que contribui para a criação de uma nova circular na cidade de Luanda; habitações unifamiliares e colectivas em galeria com espaço privado colectivo; comércio, mercados, serviços e principalmente equipamentos. Como resultado, podemos encontrar uma área totalmente renovada que manterá os costumes da população ali residente, onde a relação franca com a rua continuará a existir, numa área que possui um pouco de tudo, o que significa que a população não precisa ir ao centro da cidade. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Luanda has about 7 million inhabitants, of which more than half live in informal settlements, which represent racial, social and economic segregation. These informal areas lack various infrastructures and, above all, housing conditions. The intention is to renovate the musseque bordering the airport and transform it into a formal urban area, thus creating a neighborhood / city that meets the characteristics of the inhabitants of Luanda, providing housing conditions and offering leisure areas, equipment, services and trade, served by a railway line and its station, as well as the creation of an avenue that connects to the rest of the city. A network is created from scratch that relates to the surroundings; an avenue with a railroad that contributes to the creation of a new ring road in the city of Luanda; single family and collective housing in a gallery with collective private space; commerce, markets, services and mainly equipment. As a result, we can find a totally renovated area that will maintain the customs of the population living there, where the frank relationship with the street will continue to exist, in an area that has a little bit of everything, which means that the population does not need to go downtown. | pt_PT |
