O estágio na Escola Secundária da Amadora, ao abrigo do Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, pela Faculdade de Motricidade Humana, da Universidade de Lisboa, constituiu-se como a última etapa do processo de formação inicial. Deste modo, o presente relatório tem o objetivo de relatar as principais atividades desenvolvidas no ano letivo 2023/2024 nas áreas descritas no guia de estágio. Este está dividido em duas fases, sendo que na primeira é feito um enquadramento do contexto, seguindo-se uma reflexão sobre todo o trabalho desenvolvido, dificuldades sentidas, estratégias utilizadas e aprendizagens adquiridas. Da investigação realizada no estágio, sobre o uso da tecnologia nas aulas de educação física, concluiu-se que o papel do professor continua a ser indispensável pois este continua a ser o responsável por fazer o diagnóstico e o prognóstico na avaliação inicial..
The internship at Escola Secundária da Amadora, under the master’s programme in Teaching Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Education, at the Faculty of Human Motricity, University of Lisbon, was the last stage of the initial training process. The aim of this report is therefore to describe the main activities carried out in the 2023/2024 academic year in the areas described in the internship guide. It is divided into two phases, the first of which provides an overview of the context, followed by a reflection on all the work carried out, the difficulties experienced, the strategies used and the lessons learnt. From the research carried out during the internship on the use of technology in physical education classes, it was concluded that the role of the teacher remains indispensable, as they are still responsible for making the diagnosis and prognosis in the initial assessment
