This article examines the importance of place in the work of Spanish artist Carlos Rodríguez-Méndez, through four of his works. The relationship between the place of the work, the material and the concept of home is studied, as well as his processual way of understanding the sculptural practice, to verify that belonging is one of the main objectives of his work
