Resumo(s)
O presente trabalho tem como objectivo analisar sob um ponto de vista
Estratégico e sob a óptica Brasileira as vantagens que o Brasil retira por
aderir ao MERCOSUL. O contexto Internacional está a votar-se para a
integração da nações em blocos , ou seja para um global da economia.
Embora concentrado basicamente em aspectos económicos da
integração o MERCOSUL também desenvolveu uma face política ainda que
incipiente em que cada Chefe de Estado dos Países membros assumiram o
compromisso de serem Países Democratas como condição necessária para
se ser membro. Todavia não se deve ignora que num quadro Mundial
democrática , a integração e o livre comércio só se realiza em ambiente
político de consentimento soberano entre as nações.
Em termos de poder mundial saiu-se de um contexto político
estratégico bipolar para um sistema multípolar formado cinco ou seis blocos
de nações associadas. Neste evoluir geopolítico, Mundial o sistema mutípolar
é o que mais favorece o Brasil de forma a poder jogar o seu peso estratégico,
- o peso estratégico será sempre função do nível de desenvolvimento
económico e social que a sociedade a mais três países formando o quarto
maior espaço económico depois da NAFTA União Europeia e do Japão.
Face ao exposto , dividiu-se o presente trabalho em três partes onde
se tenta realçar o porquê da importância que o Brasil têm não só para
América Latina mas para todo o Mundo
The purpose of the present Work ís to analyse under a strategic point of víew and under the Brazilían perspectives the advantages made by Brazil to be in MERCOSUR. The international context is out running to blocs, I mean to an global economics. The MERCORSUR developed a politic síde not very strong but with a compromise to be democratic countries. But in the world context the free trade us append when there is sobehng agreement between the nations. In the world power just get out from bipolar system to a multipolar system with 5 or 6 nations in connection. With this evolution the multipolar system is the best to the Brazil , where it can play is role in strategic ways. With conscience of this reality Brazil joint to 3 more countries and made the forth biggest economic space after NAFTA, European Union and Japan. By this on divide this paper in three parts putting up why >Brazil is important to Latin America and the World.
