Ao longo das últimas décadas tem vindo a assistir-se a uma procura cada vez maior pelo corpo perfeito, o qual será, para muitos, o corpo magro. Acontece que esta procura obsessiva pelo corpo ideal poderá começar a tomar proporções capazes de levar ao início de algo muito perigoso: a anorexia nervosa. O principal objetivo do presente estudo foi, portanto, o de analisar o modo como deverão ser ponderados os direitos, os interesses e os deveres dos personagens que compõem a relação familiar e de saúde da criança nos casos em que esta sofre de anorexia nervosa.
Throughout these last few decades there has been an increase in the search for the perfect body, which, for many, is a slim body. The main issue is that the obsessive search for the ideal body might start taking proportions capable of leading to something very dangerous: anorexia nervosa. The main goal of the present study is, thus, to analyze how the rights, interests and duties of the characters who compose the family and health relationship shall be considered when the child suffers from anorexia nervosa.
