Administração pública e governação no campo do Direito e da Prática Jurídica, sob a perspetiva do Direito Internacional e das Relações Internacionais. A presente investigação tem como foco de estudo a estrutura da rede da administração pública vigente em Portugal e no Brasil, com o objetivo de observar as principais instâncias dos poderes Executivo, Legislativo e Judiciário, assim como respetivos agentes políticos no campo das Relações Internacionais. Parte-se da hipótese de que Portugal possui maior número de agentes responsáveis pela política externa do país em comparação com o Brasil e que tais agentes estão mais integrados na organização estrutural do Estado tendo em vista a proximidade das relações internacionais do governo português com países Estados-Membro da União Europeia. No âmbito da governação global e parcerias público-privadas, o trabalho traz informações sobre empresas que colaboram com o setor público e que se configuraram como agentes do terceiro setor da governação, participando da rede administrativa por meio de contratos públicos vigentes realizados formalmente com a administração pública dos países.
Public administration and governance in the field of Law and Legal Practice from the perspective of International Law and International Relations. The present investigation focuses on studying the structure of the public administration network of Portugal and Brazil, with the objective of observing the main instances of the Executive, Legislative and Judiciary, as well as the respective political agents in the field of International Relations. It starts with the hypothesis that Portugal has a greater number of agents responsible for the country's foreign policy compared to Brazil and that such agents are more integrated in the structural organization of the State, in view of the proximity of the Portuguese government's international relations with countries of the European Union. In the scope of global governance and public-private partnerships, the work also brings information about companies that collaborate with the public sector and that have configured themselves as agents of the third sector of governance, participating in the administrative network through existing public contracts formally carried out with the public administration of these countries.
