| dc.description.abstract | Actualmente o tema da protecção ambiental já não é novo, no entanto é necessário que o mesmo se extenda às mais diversas áreas profissionais. A arquitectura não é excepção e ao longo dos anos têmse desenvolvido diversos paradigmas que caminham no sentido de tornar a habitação, e a construção em geral, mais eficiente, segura, saudável e duradoura. Para isso é necessário voltar um pouco atrás para entender a realidade dos impactos da construção na Natureza e quais as formas de contornar as alterações do quotidiano no futuro. No último século a sociedade tem passado por alterações fundamentais na sua forma de habitar, as ambições no mundo profissional mudaram completamente, a habitação também procura novos ideais e muitos edifícios, ainda em vida útil, têm vindo a tornarse obsoletos por questões de desenho do espaço interior, como a falta de iluminação natural, por exemplo. Para que um projecto possa ser regenerativo, quando mais cedo se iniciar o seu planeamento, melhor. Neste trabalho a avaliação deste processo iniciase com a criação do plano urbano, em que se estudam, por exemplo, características locais de modo a programar edifícios bem ventilados e com boa insolação, que não perturbem a paisagem e, de certo modo, se fundem com o relevo. No entanto o futuro deve sempre ver considerado e, por ser incerto, a flexibilização dos espaços de trabalho e de habitação deve ser aplicada, para que os espaços continuem a ser interessantes e fáceis de apropriar para diversas funções. É no bairro Encosta da Luz, em Odivelas, que se desenvolve este projecto, como resposta à elevada procura, por parte de diversos grupos populacionais, por habitação acessível. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Currently, the theme of environmental protection is no longer new, however it is necessary that it be extended to the most diverse professional areas. Architecture is no exception and over the years, several paradigms have developed that make housing, and construction in general, more efficient, safer, healthier and longer lasting. For this, it is necessary to go back a little to understand the reality of the impacts of construction on Nature and what are the ways to get around the changes in daily life in the future. In the last century, society has undergone fundamental changes in its way of living, ambitions in the professional world have completely changed, housing also seeks new ideals and many buildings, still in their useful lives, have become obsolete because of poor interior design, such as the lack of natural lighting, for example. So that a project can be regenerative, the sooner its planning starts, the better. In this work, the evaluation of this process begins with the creation of the urban plan, in which, for example, local characteristics are studied in order to program wellventilated buildings with abundant natural light, which do not disturb the landscape and, in a way, merge with the slope. However, the future must always be considered and, as it is uncertain, the flexibility of working and living spaces must be applied, so that the spaces continue to be interesting and easy to appropriate for different functions. It is in the Encosta da Luz neighborhood, in Odivelas, that this project is developed, in response to the high demand, by various population groups, for accessible housing. | pt_PT |
