O meu relatório de estágio reflete sobre a influência da implementação dos Leilões
online na Cabral Moncada Leilões, e como toda essa gestão de negócio reconfigurou
o dia a dia de trabalho na leiloeira em comparação com o tipo de gestão anterior, que
era mais conservador e menos abrangente que o atual.
Este relatório terá como base o período em que estagiei na Cabral Moncada, que se
estendeu entre Fevereiro e Março de 2020, tendo completado as horas requeridas com
o apoio da instituição, devido à Pandemia da COVID 19. O relatório irá centrar-se nas
tarefas por mim desempenhadas na empresa, que envolveram a interação diária com a
base de dados da Cabral Moncada, onde inseria dados específicos sobre peças que
eram , por norma, catalogadas para leilões online, as suas respetivas fotografias, a
verificação dos lotes e recontratados, e também do acompanhamento em avaliações,
com o Luís Costa Brandão, que resultavam numa ida a casa dos clientes, na dita
avaliação das peças artísticas que dispunham e com o dito inserção das informações ,
tanto do cliente, como da peça, na base de dados da empresa. Irei apresentar dados de
contextualização, que expliquem a dita instituição, a sua organização e estrutura
profissional, tal como uma análise sucinta sobre a base de dados que é fulcral para o
bom funcionamento da empresa.
O ponto principal do relatório irá focar-se, como referido em cima, na influência
que a introdução dos leilões online teve sobre a gestão diária da empresa,
reconfigurando por si só, as abordagens e contactos com os clientes e possíveis
clientes . Irei analisar e comparar os processos entre o pré e pós Leilões online, com o
intuito de justificar a necessidade que os dias de hoje acarretam sobre uma maior
abordagem online, o que se traduz numa maior rede de contactos e possíveis negócios.
Este tópico do relatório, irá servir também, invariavelmente, para que eu exponha a
minha opinião detalhada e critica sobre os Leilões online, sempre com o intuito de
sugerir possíveis melhorias na abordagem do negócio e comparações com outras
leiloeiras.
My internship report reflects on the influence of the implementation of online auctions at Cabral Moncada Leilões, and how all this business management reconfigured the day-to-day work at the auction house compared to the previous type of management, which was more conservative and less comprehensive than the current one. This report will be based on the period of my internship at Cabral Moncada, which lasted between February and March 2020, completing the required hours with the support of the institution , due to the Covid 19 Pandemic. The report will focus on the tasks performed by me in the company, which involved daily interaction with the Cabral Moncada database, where it inserted specific data about parts that were, as a rule, cataloged for online auctions, their respective photographs, the verification of lots and rehired, and also the monitoring in evaluations, with Luís Costa Brandão, which resulted in a visit to the clients' house, in the said evaluation of the artistic pieces they had and with said insertion information, both of the customer and the part, in the company's database. I will present contextualization data, which explain the said institution, its organization and professional structure, as well as a succinct analysis of the database, which is central to the good functioning of the company. The main point of the report will focus, as mentioned above, on the influence that the introduction of online auctions had on the daily management of the company, reconfiguring itself, the approaches and contacts with customers and possible customers. I will analyze and compare the processes between the pre and post online auctions, in order to justify the need that these days bring about a greater online approach, which translates into a greater network of contacts and possible deals. This report topic will also invariably serve to expose my detailed and critical opinion about online auctions, always in order to suggest possible improvements in the business approach and comparisons with other art auctioneers.
