This communication is about the work entitled Terrina Noé, made by Barrão, Brazilian contemporary artist, from pieces created by Rafael Bordallo Pinheiro, Portuguese cartoonist and ceramist of the late nineteenth century. This piece was created under the project 20 Bordalianos of Brazil, which started from the premise articulate the legacy of the great artist with his contemporary admirers. The piece is analyzed in the context of Barrão works and his creation strategies
