Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho focou-se na importância da reabilitação e reconversão dos espaços e construções em estado devoluto. Muitos destes espaços tem o potencial para resolver problemas sociais, económicos e ambientais das cidades.
O Antigo Quartel dos Lanceiros nº 2 em Lisboa, atualmente em estado devoluto, foi identificado como um local com potencial para reabilitação e reconversão de seus ambientes em espaços multigeracionais para a população das freguesias da Ajuda e de Belém, freguesias que apresentam um elevado índice de envelhecimento e que acolhem população jovem que reside temporariamente na zona.
Para conseguir uma proposta adequada, foi necessário o estudo da área de intervenção, a temática base e alguns casos de referência, com o objetivo de propor um projeto de reabilitação e reconversão sustentável para o edifício norte do antigo Quartel dos Lanceiros n.º 2.
This work focused on the importance of rehabilitation and conversion of spaces and buildings in a state of disrepair. Many of these spaces have the potential to solve social, economic and environmental problems in cities. The old Quartel dos Lanceiros no. 2 in Lisbon is currently in a state of disrepair and was identified as a location for rehabilitation and conversion into multigenerational spaces for the population of the parishes of Ajuda and Belém, which have a high aging index and the young people who reside in it are only temporary tenants. To achieve an appropriate proposal, it was necessary to study the area of intervention as well as its basic theme. Additionally I have researched some reference cases in order to propose a sustainable rehabilitation project for the northern building of the old Quartel dos Lanceiros no. 2
