| dc.description.abstract | Esta relatório de estágio, trabalho final do mestrado de Ciências da documentação e Informação, tem como tema principal é a organização e a representação da informação nos arquivos audiovisuais televisivos, em virtude de o local de estágio ter sido o arquivo audiovisual televisivo da RTP. O facto de o tema de trabalho depender do estágio, e não o contrário, prende-se com a necessidade de alinhar a teoria com a prática, e de adequar a primeira ao trabalho desenvolvido aquando do estágio. Deste modo também este trabalho escrito pode ser dividido em duas grandes partes, uma eminentemente teórica e outra que baseia numa experiência, logo eminentemente prática. A primeira é uma revisão de literatura, na qual se abordam dois temas. Os arquivos audiovisuais, olhando para o seu surgimento, o trabalho por eles desenvolvido e a importância do mesmo. Aborda-se depois a gestão da informação, realizada nos arquivos audiovisuais televisivos, em virtude de as tarefas por mim desempenhadas no estágio se inserem nesta, e ser necessário antes de as abordar de um ponto de vista mais prático as conhecer na sua teoria. A segunda parte deste trabalho debruça-se sobre o caso em estudo a “Organização e Representação da Informação Audiovisual na Rádio e Televisão de Portugal”. Aqui é abordado o arquivo da RTP, bem como as ferramentas por ele utilizadas para a realização da gestão da informação. É depois descrito e analisado o trabalho realizado nos dois meses de estágio, com enfoque especial na descrição arquivística. No fim, surge uma conclusão, na qual se confrontará aquilo que se encontrou na teoria e na prática, sendo também tecidas algumas considerações em relação à importância dos arquivos audiovisuais televisivos. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This internship report, the final work of the Documentation and Information Sciences Master has as main topic the organisation and representation of the information in the television audio-visual archives, given my internship was done in RTP’s television audio-visual archive. The work’s topic depends of the it, and not the contrary, because there was the need to dress the theoretical side with the practical side, so that the first one married with the tasks done on the traineeship. This work can also be divided into two parts, one more theoretical and other, given it’s based on an experience, more practical. The first part of this work consists of a literature revision on which two main subjects are approached. The audio-visual archives, their beginnings, their work and their importance. Then it’s the information management that it’s approached, given the tasks performed on the internship are integrated on it. And it’s clear that before analysing them in a more practical way, it’s crucial to understand the theory behind. The second part of this work lingers on the case study “Organization and Audio-visual Content Representation on Rádio e Televisão de Portugal”. Here it’s the RTP’s archive that’s analysed as well as the tools used to perform the information management. It’s then described and analysed the work done in the two months of the internship, mainly the archival description. In the end, there’s a conclusion where it’s confronted the theoretical side with the practical side, being also issued some considerations on the importance of the television audio-visual archives. | pt_PT |
