dc.description.abstract	O objetivo deste trabalho é descrever e analisar as atividades desenvolvidas durante o estágio curricular, efetuado no Arquivo Municipal de Loures, no período compreendido entre os dias 22 de fevereiro a 30 de março de 2012, com a duração de cento e vinte horas. O estágio pretendeu consolidar os conhecimentos teóricos - práticos adquiridos durante a fase de aprendizagem e confrontá-los com uma situação real. O objeto de estudo é o “O sistema de informação do Arquivo Municipal de Loures”. Este relatório de estágio compõe-se de seis partes, a saber: a primeira diz respeito à introdução e à metodologia utilizada; a segunda descreve o Município de Loures, sob o ponto de vista histórico e a evolução orgânica e funcional do Município enquanto entidade jurídica territorial; a terceira aborda o Arquivo Municipal de Loures, enfatizando o enquadramento histórico, a caracterização física do atual edifício, as competências e atribuições, os recursos humanos, os serviços prestados, o acervo documental, o acesso e comunicação da informação e o circuito documental; a quarta parte dedicada ao estágio subdivide-se em quatro itens: objetivos do estágio, o plano de estágio, a análise das bases de dados e as atividades realizadas; a quinta parte aborda a avaliação de documentos de arquivo. Por último, fez-se um balanço sobre o estágio em geral.	pt_PT
dc.description.abstract	The objective of this paper is to describe and analyze the activities performed during the curricular internship that took place in the Municipal Archive of Loures from February 22 to March 30, 2012, with a duration of one hundred and twenty hours. The internship intended to consolidate the theoretical-practical knowledge acquired during the learning phase and its application to a real situation. The subject of this study is “The Information System of the Municipal Archive of Loures”. This internship report consists of six parts. The first part concerns the introduction and the methodology used. The second part describes Loures Municipal from the point of view of history and organic evolution and functional territorial municipality as a legal entity. The third examines the Municipal Archive of Loures, emphasizing the historical context, the physical characteristics of the current building, responsibilities and duties, human resources, services rendered, document archive, access and communication of information, and documentary circuit. The fourth part is devoted to the internship itself, which in turn, is subdivided into four items: the objectives of the internship, the internship plan, analysis of databases and the activities performed. The fifth part addresses the assessment of documents for archiving. Finally, a general assessment of the internship was done.	pt_PT
