O presente relatório, integrado na unidade curricular da Atividade de Aprofundamento de Competências Profissionais, do Mestrado em Reabilitação Psicomotora, da Faculdade de Motricidade Humana, tem como objetivo dar a conhecer o trabalho desenvolvido na Casa de Saúde de Idanha, na área da Neuroestimulação na demência e na Gerontopsiquiatria. O relatório está dividido em três vastos pontos, o primeiro é o enquadramento da prática profissional onde serão abordados os temas mais teóricos, relacionados com o envelhecimento normal e patológico, as alterações que advêm desse processo e um enquadramento institucional. Este capítulo irá complementar o segundo grande ponto, no qual consta o trabalho desenvolvido durante todo o estágio, uma descrição dos contextos de intervenção e ainda a análise de dois estudos de caso, um individual e um de grupo. No fim, o relatório possui uma conclusão e pequena reflexão, referindo os benefícios deste processo para a formação profissional.
This report integrated in the curricular unit “Actividade de Aprofundamento de Competências Profissionais” of the Master’s Degree in Psychomotor Rehabilitation, of the Faculty of Human Motricity, aims to make known the developed work in Casa de Saúde de Idanha, in the area of Neurostimulation in dementia and Gerontopsychiatry. The report is divided into three broad points. The first one is a framework of the professional practice where theoretical themes will be approached, related to normal and pathological aging, the changes that come from this process and an institucional context. This chapter complements the second major point, which contains the work carried out throughout the internship, a description of the intervention contexts and the analysis of an individual case study and one collective case study. In the end, the report has a conclusion and a small reflection, referring the benefits of this process for professional training.
