As
adesão voluntária do público alvo.
The present study intend to carry out an analysis and a diagnosis of the causes, as well as propose alternatives solutions for a low voluntary inclusion of the Faculty in a training and development program for “Professional Education Mentors” OEP’s, name adopted by the educational institution Senac-RS, for its Faculty. Senac-RS acts on vocational courses in technical level and initial and continued education (FIC), through virtual workshops, that is, as its name suggests, distance education with the use of digital technologies (e-Learning), on the highest vocational education institution of the State of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, into the improvement of technical skills of its educational faculty. The data used for the realization of this work are related to the year 2016, when the institution had 1100 teachers classified as OEP’s. The adopted methodology was a qualitative research conducted, directly, with a sample of around 12% of the target audience of the program. The surveys were conducted with teachers from 9 of the 41 educational units of the State, working in technical courses and FIC, representing 24% of these schools, but with approximately 50% of the OEP’s of the institution. The research allowed the diagnosis of the causes of low adhesion of the professors to 17 courses offered in virtual workshops, through e-Learning, as well as the alternative proposition to make the voluntary adhesion of the target audience. In the case of the use of digital technologies applied to training programs for employees, it can be seen that this is a booming field of education and, despite its expressive growth in the 21st century that is beginning and ensuring the search to use with effectiveness and efficiency.
