Este relatório é um documento que resulta do estágio pedagógico realizado, na
Escola Secundaria Fernando Namora, no ano letivo 2020/2021, numa turma de 8º ano,
no âmbito do Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário
da Universidade de Lisboa na Faculdade de Motricidade Humana.
O mesmo procura refletir sobre todo o trabalho desenvolvido ao longo do ano
letivo, dando respostas às problemáticas existentes e apresentando ideias de novas
abordagens. Nele, é feita uma contextualização crítica da atuação do professor estagiário
sobre o processo de formação, que ocorreu em quatro diferentes áreas de estágio. Na
organização e gestão do ensino e aprendizagem, na investigação e inovação
pedagógica, na participação na escola e na relação com a comunidade. Este
acompanhamento é descrito dentro das fases fundamentais de estágio, como o
planeamento, a condução de ensino, a avaliação das aprendizagens, o acompanhamento
da direção de turma e o desporto escolar. Surge também, um trabalho de investigação
sobre a evolução de biomarcadores de saúde, face aos valores nacionais apresentados
pelo FIT escolas, realizado no âmbito da área de investigação e inovação pedagógica e a
apresentação das medidas e estratégias adotadas em virtude da situação pandémica que
vivemos. Na medida das expetativas existentes, estas foram superadas. Foi um ano de
superação, aprendizagem, preparação e acima de tudo, enriquecimento pessoal e
profissional.
This report is a document that results from the pedagogical internship held at Escola Secundaria Fernando Namora, in the school year 2020/2021, in an 8th grade class, as part of the Master in Teaching Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Education at the University of Lisbon in the Faculty of Human Motricity. It seeks to reflect on all the work developed throughout the school year, giving answers to existing problems and presenting ideas for new approaches. In it, a critical contextualisation is made of the trainee teacher's performance on the training process, which took place in four different areas of training. In the organisation and management of teaching and learning, in research and pedagogical innovation, in school participation and in the relationship with the community. This monitoring is described within the key stages of internship, such as planning, the conduct of teaching, the assessment of learning, the monitoring of class management and school sport. There is also a research work on the evolution of health biomarkers, given the national values presented by the FIT schools, carried out within the area of research and pedagogical innovation and the presentation of the measures and strategies adopted due to the pandemic situation we are experiencing. As far as the existing expectations were concerned, these were exceeded. It was a year of overcoming, learning, preparation and above all, personal and professional enrichment.
