| dc.description.abstract | O crescimento urbano a par com o aumento da população mundial tem tornado evidente a carência e a falta de acessibilidade que a habitação tem ganho. Não foi somente esta a única mudança que sucedeu, sendo que a facilidade de mobilidade das populações e a mudança das atividades realizadas pelo sujeito mostram as alterações do modo de viver e trabalhar. Os diferentes tipos de imprevisibilidade com que o sujeito se depara contrasta com uma envolvente estática, caracterizada pela implementação de modos de viver ditos tradicionais. Um novo tipo de soluções tem vindo a surgir, apostando na dinâmica social atual, onde a imprevisibilidade tem adquirido cada vez mais relevância com um caráter mais temporário. Tendo em conta a perspetiva atual é importante estabelecer uma nova forma de desenhar o lugar onde o sujeito consiga evoluir consoante um novo modo de viver. Pretende-se investigar os conceitos de Flexibilidade e Modularidade para que seja possível propor-se uma abordagem projetual distinta, onde o foco seja a situação precária da estadia e funções que o utente quer do espaço onde habita. O progresso tecnológico dos elementos modulares permitiu o desenvolvimento de um sistema que acolha um grupo de módulos, estes que a partir de junções entre si poderão adequar-se às necessidades do utente. | dc.description.abstract | Urban growth, along with the increase in the world population, has highlighted the weakness and lack of accessibility that housing has gained. This was not the only change that took place, since the population mobility and the change in activities carried out by the subject show changes in the way of living and working. The several types of unpredictability presented to the subjects contrasts with a static environment, which is characterized by the implementation of so-called traditional ways of living. A new type of solutions has emerged, betting on the current social dynamics, where unpredictability has acquired an increasing relevance with a more temporary character. Bearing in mind the current perspective, it is important to establish a new way of designing the place where the subject can evolve, according to a new way of living. It´s intended to investigate the concepts of Flexibility and Modularity, proposing a different design approach, where the focus is the precarious stay situation and the functions desired by the user, regarding the space where he lives. The technological growth of the modular elements allowed the development of a system that accommodates a group of modules, which, by joining together, can adapt to the user's needs. This project intends to highlight the space´s flexibility and mutability. | pt_PT |
