RESUMO
O presente relatório constitui-se como uma reflexão relativamente ao estágio curricular realizado na Câmara Municipal de Vila Nova de Poiares.
As áreas da divisão onde estive inserido foram desporto, associativismo e juventude. Na área desportiva, centrei-me nos conceitos referentes ao planeamento estratégico e desenvolvimento desportivo. Abordei também a área das infraestruturas desportivas e os programas de promoção da bicicleta como meio de transporte. Centrei-me nas temáticas referentes às férias desportivas e as particularidades dos eventos desportivos. Por último, e sendo uma temática transversal à área referente ao associativismo, refleti sobre os custos associados aos vários desportos e financiamento necessário à prática formal para os clubes desportivos. Na vertente associativa, foquei-me no regulamento geral das associações e nos contratos programa de desenvolvimento desportivo. Na área da juventude, o principal foco foram os programas Erasmus e o intercâmbio de jovens.
Como principais dificuldades encontrei o contacto com outras divisões e a compreensão dos objetivos e formalidades associados à realização de atividades. A principal estratégia adotada para as resolver foi a procura ativa de informação e o contacto constante com os técnicos superiores.
Através deste estágio compreendi o funcionamento interno de uma câmara municipal e as particularidades do serviço público.
This report is a reflection on the curricular internship held at the Municipality of Vila Nova de Poiares. The areas of the division where I was inserted were sports, associations and youth. In the sports area, I focused on the concepts related to strategic planning and sports development. Also addressing the area of infrastructure and programs to promote the bicycle as a mean of transportation. I also focused on the themes related to sports camps and the particularities of sport events. Finally, and being a transversal theme to the area referring to associations, I reflected on the costs associated with various sports and necessary financing associated with formal practice for sports clubs. In the associative area, I made a reflection regarding the general regulation of associations and the contracts for sports development. In the youth field, the main focus was on Erasmus programs and youth exchanges. The main difficulties were contact with other divisions and understanding the objectives and formalities associated with carrying out activities. The main strategy adopted to resolve the difficulties encountered was the active search for information and constant contact with senior technicians. Through this internship I understood the inner workings of a city hall and the particularities of the public service.
